Hi, I'm back with another contribution to Gaming Photography community and this time I'm going to join [Gaming Photography Weekly Contest - Theme: Night Photography](https://peakd.com/hive-185676/@gamingphoto/gaming-photography-weekly-contest-theme-4425c30eb9ea4) showing and talking about Night Photography in RDR 2.

I set out on a night photography journey in Red Dead Redemption 2, riding toward Van Horn with a torch in hand. The town revealed its dark side at night, from drunks on broken boats to fading lamplight by the docks. Later, I captured a few moments during missions.

The way I was riding my horse on the railway towards Van Horn, with the torch, it seemed like I was looking for something. Yeah, I was actually looking, I was looking for some beautiful night photography.

My search took me towards Van Horn this time. I explored this town before and I kind of knew how the peoples around should be at night, like drunk and all. And I was going there to capture such moments.

Van Horn is like a broke town, where broke peoples lives. Like this man, who doesn't own a house or a hotel room there, he only has his broken houseboat and he was smoking on the roof in the dark.

I guess this man didn't have a houseboat as well, nowhere to sleep. He seemed well drunk so he was resting by the river. This is how a lowlife looks in Van Horn, though its a little different in St Denis.

Surprisingly, there are some lamp posts in this town that are functional. The dock was broken so I had to be careful in getting under that lamp post.

Here, a closer look of the lamp post. I could see the lighthouse from there though I didn't see any lights in the lighthouse, lol.

The moon became gloomy after I reached the town, as if the moon doesn't like this town as well. These are not shadows, these are the real things, but you can see some reflections in the water.

Well, I decided to leave Van Horn to try some missions and when I was riding towards St. Denis, I noticed some wagon, so I tried some captures of them.

That's after I finished working on a mission. I went to make a debtor pay his debt but he became a victim of some peoples and his wagon was burned right in front of me. I had to pay him some money instead of asking back what he owed me.

This was in another mission. I was retrieving some horses of the tribe of Rains Fall, along with Dutch and Charles and I tried these captures.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.
