Normally, man desires the things of the world, and he lacks the desire to seek God. Colossians 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. If god hadn't given us life, we won't be alive and able to desire the things of the world, so it is our obligation to seek God and do his word, he will not be far from us if we seek him and if we have an intention to repent or do good we should not be shaken but instead follow it, since it is the will of God. There are four types of men in the world, and four types of hearts. The man on the side of the road who hears the word but the devil takes it from his heart, the man with a rocky heart who hears the word but does not allow it to penetrate, the man with a thorny heart full of vices and ambitions who choke up the word in them, and the man with a fertile heart who receives the word with joy and patience and bears fruit.
Only one of the four hearts is firmly planted. There are many terrible people in the world with evil hearts, but they have reason to hope since God has promised to give them a new heart. God has the power to change man's hearts, and God's goal for all men is for them to be saved, thank you very much brethren this is what I understood from today's indoctrination.
