One of my passions in life wherever I am is to explore the food and flavors of the area. Even when I lived in Indiana (as tough as it was) I started to explore food. Barcelona has incredible flavor everywhere and might be one of the greatest countries I've traveled to for food!
El Quim is located inside La Boqueria which is off of La Rambla, this beautiful open air market with tons of little stands of goods or restaurants. There is usually a line to wait for the famous Quim, but we braved it and eventually got some seats for us to enjoy the journey! If you ever are in Barcelona, I HIGHLY recommend to try to eat here because everything we ate was spectacular. Oh also order the "Porron", the ancient way of drinking/sharing wine with you and your friends!
