Steemians how are you?, I'm Jacks and as you know this month was the most important gamer convention of the year, and that from 9 to 13 June at the Convention Center in Los Angeles, California (USA) carried out the ***Electronic Entertainment Expo***, abbreviated and better known as the ***E3***. In this event a large number of video games were presented by companies such as ***Microsoft***, ***Electronic Arts***, ***Devolver Digital***, ***Bethesda***, ***Ubisoft***, ***Sony***, **Nintendo**, among others. The event was full of ads related to video games that thrilled almost all members of the gamer community; the announcement of the american company ***Bethesda Softworks LLC*** who confirmed that they are working on a new videogame for the saga ***The Elder Scrolls***, another important announcement was also the videogame **Assassin's Creed: Odyssey** and of course another news that stands out was the return of the legendary saga ***HALO***. There were many things that happened in just two days and I know that there are those who due to certain circumstances could not appreciate much of what happened in this event, for this reason today I bring you the summary of **E3**. The event formally began on Saturday, June 9 with the press conference of the developer and distributor of videogames Electronic Arts. This conference began with an exclusive look at the videogame BATTLEFIELD V, During this part of the conference, some specifications about the new graphic engine that this videogame will use were announced, and it was confirmed that the game will have a battle royale mode similar to that of Fortnite and it was also announced that the game will go on sale on October 19 of this year.

At the conference as expected, it was officially announced FIFA 19, confirming that the star of the Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo and the brazilian star Neymar JR will be present on the cover of the video game. Further EA confirmed that for the first time the videogame will include the Champions League, that until now could only be played in PES. The videogame will feature graphic improvements, a new story mode and updated team templates, among other things. Nothing surprising the truth.

And the videogame that got all the attention, the flattery of the press and the gamer community was Anthem, a videogame that has a release date on February 22, 2019. The game so far seems to be a kind of futuristic third-person shooter similar to Destiny. What is known so far of the videogame is that it will have a story mode and an offline and online multiplayer. Electronic Arts not only showed these video games, he also made other announcements of which I highlight the following:

  • Unravel Two, an independent videogame of platforms and puzzles that is the sequel to Unravel. The title is now available and can be purchased at any time through physical or digital stores.
  • Sea of Solitude, videogame that will narrate the misadventures of Kay in the sea and that will tell how he became a dark being. The video game is being developed by the independent studio Jo-Mei Games and will go on sale at the beginning of 2019.
  • NBA LIVE 19 and Madden NFL 19 they will be available for purchase in the coming months.
  • A new DLC will soon be available for Battlefront 2.
  • Reswpan confirmed that they are working on a new videogame Star Wars.

All these were Electronic Arts ads during the first day of the E3, I personally think that the company's conference created many expectations and did not meet most of them, hopefully they will soon announce something that really generated euphoria among the members of the gamer community.

The second day of the Electronic Entertainment Expo would be headed and focused exclusively on the company Microsoft and on its videoconsole the Xbox One.

As usual Microsoft started big, this time the company would start presenting the new video game belonging to the mythical saga HALO, the video game was baptized under the name of HALO: INFINITE. And of that videogame only the title is known at the moment, reason why we will have to hope so that Microsoft revele soon more information to know what it waits for us in this new delivery of the saga.

And if you think that was the only thing that brought Microsoft to the conference let me tell you that they are totally wrong, the company not only announced this videogame, but also also made a lot of announcements related to several videogames among the that they emphasize Devil May Cry 5, The Division 2 and Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice, videogames that will leave soon. These announcements caused great joy and surprise in all the gamers that were present at the event.

Videogames were also presented Fallout 76, Forza Horizon 4 and Gears of Wars 5. From Fallout 76 a teaser had already been revealed in previous days, and it was confirmed that this will be the videogame with the most extensive map of the saga and that is being developed for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Undoubtedly there were many novelties and announcements of Microsoft during this edition of the E3, but the most important were:

  • Ori and the Will of the Wips will go on sale in 2019.
  • It was revealed a trailer of Crackdown 3 starring actor Terry Crews. The video game will arrive in February of the following year.
  • The videogame Metro Exodus will be released on February 22, 2019. This date coincides with the premiere of video games Anthem (Sony Interactive Entertainment) and Days Gone (Bioware). Coincidence? ... I do not think so.
  • The famous videogame of the saga Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts 3 of the studio Square Enix will arrive at Xbox One at the beginning of next year.
  • Microsoft announces the acquisition and creation of various videogame developer studios. The company has bought the studios Playground Games, Undead Labs, Ninja Theory and Compulsion Games. And he created a new study which he called The Initiative
  • The famous videogame NieR: Automata will arrive at Xbox One later this month.

All these were Microsoft announcements, but finally let's continue with the summary of the E3. And it is that soon the third day of the Electronic Entertainment Expo would arrive, and with this one would also arrive the conferences of some of the most important video game developers like Bethesda, Return Digital, Square Enix and Ubisoft. Let's review the news that stood out during this day of the event.

Betsheda would start the day introducing Rage 2 and Fallout 76, videogames that had already been announced previously, even if we say that these ads were not something that called much attention, but it should be noted that the conference of the company did not disappoint, much less, since there were a few surprises, such as the first glance of DOOM: Eternal, the announcement of a DLC for the videogame Prey: Mooncrash and of course the official presentation of the new video game of the company entitled Starfield.

Although of course the announcement that surprised more than one and took all the applause from the audience was the new videogame in the saga The Elder Scrolls, The Elder Scrolls VI. With this announcement Betsheda would close its conference in a big way, although it was only a small teaser what they showed from the videogame, but this was more than enough to cheer up the fans of the fantastic saga.

And as one ended, another started, but this time it would be the turn of Devolver. His conference this year featured many satirical jokes related to the world of video games, most of these were directed towards videogames styles battle royale like Fortnite. And more than being a videogame conference, I think it was some rare kind of stand-up, but in the end the videogames that announced were three; SCUM that will be available for your enjoyment as of august, only for those who have the Steam Early Access, it is also confirmed that My Friend Pedro will be released the following year and that Metal Wolf Chaos XD will arrive this year and will be available for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

The next conference would be that of the japanese video game developer Square Enix, the company returned to the event after several years of absence. His conference had a style very similar to the one used by Nintendo with its Nintendo Direct, presenting a video instead of a face-to-face conference with the audience. And although many of the novelties of the study were presented during the conference of Microsoft, the japanese company kept a few surprises and in his conference made several very interesting announcements among which the following stand out:

  • The presentation of a gameplay of Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
  • A crossover was announced between Final Fantasy and Monster Hunter World titled Final Fantasy XIV x Monster Hunter World.

  • A trailer of the new videogame of the fantastic saga was revealed Dragon Quest, Dragon Quest XI.
  • It was officially presented Just Cause 4.
  • A trailer of the new videogame of the company called The Quiet Man.

The third day of the Electronic Entertainment Expo would continue with the Ubisoft conference. It would start with a lot of people dressed up dancing on stage confirming Just Dance 2019, said videogame will arrive in October and will include the musical successes of the moment. After that, the serious thing would begin, because the official trailers of Beyond Good and Evil 2, The Division 2, Skull & Bones, Transference VR and The Crew 2.

And of course this conference was officially presented Assassin's Creed Odyssey. During the presentation of the videogame many of the novelties that this will bring were revealed, highlighting among them that in this videogame we can play as Kassandra or Alexios. The Ubisoft conference would close showing a gameplay of the videogame which left everyone open-mouthed.

The PC GAMER was not left out of this event and as usual, they organized the PC Gaming Show. In said show those who attended were able to play several videogames, also the show featured presentations from various publishers and videogame developers. Among the videogames presented during the event include: Satisfactory, Neo Cab, Mavericks Proving Grounds, The Forgotten City, Star Control, Hunt: Showdown, among others.

And Sony after the conference Square Enix, Ubisoft and the PC Gaming Show it arrived to thrill the gamer community. The conference of Sony started big showing us a gameplay of what will be The Last of Us 2. Also at this conference it was announced that Call Of Duty: Black Ops III It will be free for members of PlayStation Plus and that Destiny 2 will have an expansion that will arrive at the beginning of September of this year.

Sony not only showed a single gameplay, it was also possible to appreciate during the conference a gameplay of the new videogame of Sucker Punch Productions, Ghost of Tsushima. In addition, the Resident Evil 2 remake was confirmed, which will hit stores from January 25 of the following year.

Spider-Man did not miss the event as he was present at the conference with a new gameplay of his videogame. And finalizing the Electronic Entertainment Expo would correspond this year to the famous videogame developer company Nintendo, who for the sixth consecutive year opted to broadcast a video instead of a face-to-face conference with the public. The company issued a Nintendo Direct which focused on the launch of new video games for the Nintendo Switch, which will expand the console catalog.

The Nintendo Direct of the E3 focused almost exclusively on the Super Smash Bros Ultimate, although they were also shown Daemon X Machina, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Fortnite, Overcooked 2, Hollow Knight, Octopath Traveler, Super Mario Party and Pokemon: Let's Go, titles that will be available soon for your enjoyment in the console Nintendo, the Nintendo Switch.

The Nintendo conference, personally I think it left a lot to be desired this year. Some fans like me were waiting for something to be announced related to the new videogame of the Pokemon saga, which would arrive in 2019.
