I'm @jadeneywrites but you can call me ken instead,At this week me and my friends had an agreement. Our agreement is that we take the 5days in this week that we go'll to jogging in 5-6km, but suddenly we only do it in 2days🤣 cause by the bad weather, but this agreement is just a unexpected plan, because first of all it's just me and my 2 friends planning this but the unexpected is that my other friend are join us jogging yeah that's why we didn't planned that this week we need to achieve the 5days jogging in 5-6km.
And the place where we going to jogging is the place where I usually jogging before I just stop jogging that place cause of lack of determination 😄. That place are so many people and athlete where some of athletes or people usually jogging there. The reason why it's popular of many athletes there it's because of the view of those place, and the best view there is every morning when the sun goes up in the morning "sunrise" but before I usually jogging there cause I feel the sorroundings of that place when it's dark and quiet sometimes when no one go there at that place.
During our 2days jogging in this week I'll get a pain of my body cause of no stretching I just get jogging without stretching first 😄.But even though my body felt the pain because of no stretching, I still enjoyed the time with my friends. It’s funny how something unplanned can turn out to be one of the best moments, because I realize jogging with friends feels lighter and more fun than doing it alone. We laugh, we talk, and we push each other to keep going even when we feel tired.
Maybe we didn’t complete the 5 days we planned, but for me those 2 days were already meaningful. I think what really matters is not just achieving the goal, but also the memories we create along the way. Next time, we will try to be more consistent and also smarter like doing stretching first before jogging to avoid body pain. 😅
