Hola, emprendedores de Hive
En una sociedad más competitiva y en donde la tecnología se apuntala en la automatización y el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial, las áreas de emprendimientos se ven, a vuelo de pájaro, restringidas. Claro, por fortuna (o desventura) todavía hay regiones en que este impacto avanza con lentitud, pero tenga la seguridad de que llegará sin duda.
Paradójicamente, aquí en hive navegamos en un mar de posibilidades. Aún se privilegia el quehacer de lo humano en la generación de contenido. So pena de que, incluso, la IA es el producto de nuestro ingenio: como una herramienta a nuestro servicio que aspira a imitar nuestras capacidades distintivas.
Podríamos abrir un debate, anclado, en cómo esta tecnología coadyuvaría con cualquier emprendimiento que vislumbremos. No obstante, como todo en la vida, uno necesita, ante de todo, conocer y dominar las nuevas técnicas y los métodos que vienen con ellas. Es decir, embarcarse en la innovación. Sin embargo, por los momentos, solo tengámoslo en cuenta.
Quise empezar con este preámbulo en mi participación en la iniciativa con motivo del tercer aniversario de esta fabulosa comunidad de Ser Emprendedores, porque creo que es preciso concientizar en el momento casi disruptivo en que ya nos encontramos. De hecho, considero pioneros a los valientes que lidian con los retos que impone la criptoesfera a diario sin renunciar a la herencia de la vieja escuela. En tal sentido, es propicio el felicitarnos mutuamente, y en especial, a @damarysvibra, @miriannalis y @irvinc por cumplir estos tres años de labor fructífera al guiar los esfuerzos.
¡A ver…! Entremos en materia.

**¿De qué manera estimular la participación activa con contenido de valor?**
Tal vez sea el objetivo que más sintonice con el resto de las comunidades que existen en nuestra plataforma. Yo incluiría en este renglón, inmerso, también en cómo llegar a otras audiencias más allá de Hive. Asumiré, que, de lo que se trata, es en atraer a mentores de emprendimientos con conocimientos y experiencias que sean buenos comunicadores.
De seguro, hay muchos aquí en el ecosistema. Se me ocurre, pensando en el ámbito digital, como, por ejemplo, a los creadores e impulsores de las comunidades. Una manera sería en contactarlos e invitarlos para que nos cuenten sus experiencias como emprendedor en Hive. El formato podría ser un vídeo breve de 1 a 3 minutos que cumpla con lo informativo y lo propagandístico. Aplicando las técnicas de SEO, e incluir en el cierre, preguntas abiertas para la audiencia sobre qué aspirarían de esa comunidad. Usar algo de gamificación, ofreciendo un buen voto al mejor comentario para quienes estén ya registrados en hive, y un enlace de bienvenida para la audiencia foránea que deseen participar.
Otro pensamiento que me viene a colación. Es la de proponer a la comunidad, una idea de negocio que sea votable a través de los medios disponibles en el ecosistema, sin excluir coartar la posibilidad de recabar otras ideas en la retroalimentación en los comentarios. La idea ganadora podría ser objeto de una publicación especial para ser desarrollada por algún potencial columnista contactado para tales efectos. Creo que entre la comunidad habrá más de uno dispuesto a colaborar.
Asimismo, estudiar la posibilidad de implementar una biblioteca curada con artículos, pódcast y libros relevantes sobre emprendimiento. De estos, elaborar guías para la acción, permitiendo a comunidad que sugiera otros recursos.

**¿Cómo incentivar el leer, votar y comentar?**
Una manera para estimular y mantener la actividad en la comunidad, podría ser el implementar un tablero semanal público con los participantes más activos e ideas y experiencias de emprendimiento relevantes. Incluso, diseñar e instrumentar una insignia para premiar a los líderes con un respectivo bonus.
También se pueden habilitar encuestas rápidas sobre un tema de interés, incluyendo el enlace a una publicación valiosa relacionada con el tema de la encuesta.
Al mejor estilo del club de lectura (digital). Elegir un libro mensual y elaborar una sinopsis del mismo con preguntas para generar un debate en el hilo de comentario. Emplear la gamificación para premiar al final el comentario más significativo elegido por los participantes.
**Conseguir apoyo de proyectos de curación**
Aquí se me tranca un poco el serrucho. Aunque, quizás, la solución esté atada con las primeras ideas de esta mini tormenta. El propósito general de nuestro ecosistema es participar en atraer la adopción masiva de las criptomonedas, en especial Hive, por parte de la audiencia externa. Aquí, la clave está en construir una comunidad con masa crítica suficiente como para captar la atención de los inversionistas, tanto internos, como foráneos. En tal sentido, es necesario establecer índices de desempeño. Por un lado, nos permitirá medir el avance e impacto de la comunidad. Pero, por el otro lado, sobre todo, el contenido generado obligatoriamente debe ser de excelente calidad, en forma y fondo, además de distintivo. Solo así, creo que conseguiremos el apoyo.
En consecuencia, como cualquier empresa que se respete, hay que elaborar un plan de negocio (propósito de la comunidad) realista y con pautas claras de crecimiento y beneficio.

Por cierto, uno de los lastres, obstáculos o barreras, tales como los queramos llamar, está en la dificultad de ingresar y participar en la plataforma. Bueno, si alguien como yo, sesentón, ya tiene seis años aquí, confío en que los más jóvenes superen la curva de aprendizaje sin problema. Solo basta que sea atractiva y práctica.
Quisiera aportar muchas más ideas al respecto, más por los momentos. Siendo respetuoso con el tiempo de atención, siento que es suficiente.

##### 3rd anniversary of Be Entrepreneur: My contributions to the brainstorming session
Hello, Hive entrepreneurs
In an increasingly competitive society where technology is underpinned by automation and the development of artificial intelligence, the areas for entrepreneurship appear, at first glance, to be restricted. Of course, fortunately (or unfortunately), there are still regions where this impact is slow to take hold, but rest assured that it will undoubtedly arrive.
Paradoxically, here at Hive, we are navigating a sea of possibilities. Human work is still privileged in content generation. Even though AI is the product of our ingenuity, a tool at our service that aspires to imitate our distinctive capabilities.
We could open a debate, anchored in how this technology would contribute to any venture we envision. However, as with everything in life, one needs, first and foremost, to know and master the new techniques and methods that come with them. That is, to embark on innovation. However, for the moment, let's just keep it in mind.
I wanted to begin with this preamble to my participation in the initiative marking the third anniversary of this fabulous community of Ser Emprendedores, because I believe it is necessary to raise awareness at this almost disruptive moment in time. I consider the brave souls who tackle the challenges posed by the cryptosphere daily without renouncing the legacy of the old school to be pioneers. In this sense, it is fitting to congratulate each other, and especially @damarysvibra, @miriannalis, and @irvinc for completing three years of fruitful work in guiding our efforts.

**How can we encourage active participation with valuable content?**
Perhaps this is the goal that most resonates with the other communities on our platform. I would also include in this category how to reach audiences beyond Hive. I assume that the goal is to attract mentors from startups with knowledge and experience who are good communicators.
Surely, there are many here in the ecosystem. Thinking about the digital realm, I can think of, for example, the creators and promoters of communities. One way would be to contact them and invite them to tell us about their experiences as entrepreneurs on Hive. The format could be a short 1-3 minute video that is both informative and promotional. Applying SEO techniques, and including open-ended questions for the audience at the end about what they would like to see from that community. Use some gamification, offering a good vote for the best comment for those already registered on Hive, and a welcome link for the foreign audience who wish to participate.
Another thought that comes to mind is to propose a business idea to the community that can be voted on through the means available in the ecosystem, without excluding the possibility of gathering other ideas in the feedback comments. The winning idea could be the subject of a special publication to be developed by a potential columnist contacted for that purpose. I believe that there will be more than a few in the community willing to collaborate.
Likewise, we could study the possibility of implementing a curated library with relevant articles, podcasts, and books on entrepreneurship. From these, we could develop guides for action, allowing the community itself to suggest resources.

**How can we encourage reading, voting, and commenting?**
One way to stimulate and maintain activity in the community could be to implement a weekly public board with the most active participants and relevant entrepreneurial ideas and experiences. We could even design and implement a badge to reward leaders with a bonus.
We could also enable quick polls on topics of interest, including a valuable article related to the poll topic.
In the style of a (digital) book club. Choose a book each month and write a synopsis of it with questions to generate discussion in the comments thread. Use gamification to reward the most meaningful comment chosen by the participants at the end.
**Get support for curation projects**
This is where I get a little stuck. Although perhaps the solution is tied to the first ideas of this mini brainstorming session. The overall purpose of our ecosystem is to participate in the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies, especially Hive, by the external audience. Here, the key is to build a community with enough critical mass to capture the attention of both internal and external investors. In this regard, it is necessary to establish performance indicators. On the one hand, this will allow us to measure the progress and impact of the community. But on the other hand, above all, the content generated must be of excellent quality, in form and substance, as well as distinctive. Only then, I believe, will we gain support.
Consequently, like any self-respecting company, we must develop a realistic business plan (community purpose) with clear guidelines for growth and profit.

By the way, one of the obstacles, barriers, or hindrances, whichever you prefer, is the difficulty of accessing and participating in the platform.
