Celebrando 6 años en HIVE: Descentralización en acción (SPA-ENG)

Hoy cumplí seis años en Hive (incluyendo mis primeros pasos en Steemit, y luego la bifurcación). Recuerdo que el tema del post de apertura versó sobre las relaciones laborales en situaciones de despido. La recepción no fue muy cálida: tres votos y un comentario de @steemitboard (hoy @hivebuzz) por mi primer post y voto a favor. Claro, en mi ignorancia y afán obvié lo obvio, valga la redundancia. Debí empezar a escribir un post de presentación ante la comunidad en general.  Todavía estas estaban en proyecto, ya en un estado avanzado: una funcionalidad para crear comunidades temáticas o específicas. ¡Todo un acierto!

¿Por qué elegí un tema organizacional? Quizás, como un ejercicio de catarsis ante un despido consentido y coyuntural que comprometía mis valores en ese momento, y en virtud de una supuesta fortaleza en mi condición de consultor y especialista con formación universitaria en desarrollo organizacional. No os preocupéis, no vengo a aburriros sobre mis experiencias conflictivas dentro de las organizaciones. Creo que ya lo he ventilado a lo largo de estos años. Sin embargo, permitidme una aclaratoria del porqué, más temprano que tarde, desistí del propósito de escribir sobre los enfoques gerenciales, las teorías de las neurociencias aplicadas al ámbito organizacional, de las metodologías de intervención, y de los métodos y técnicas empresariales que procuran el mejoramiento de las organizaciones en general. De tal manera, eché al olvido años de formación y la experiencia de éxitos y fracasos, intentando implementar lo aprendido en el proceso de validar esos conocimientos. Rápido comprendí que, si bien, existen comunidades técnicas dedicadas al desarrollo de los ecosistemas, estas son, en sí, organizaciones con fines empresariales. También entendí que la gran mayoría busca en sus respectivos nichos el desarrollo de las potencialidades del alma. La escritura creativa, filosófica y poética, la pintura en su expresión digital, sin menoscabo de lo tradicional y lo experimental, el desarrollo de la música, solo por nombrar las más conocidas. Además, veo con preocupación, que la irrupción de la inteligencia artificial despliega alertas entre los más avezados, al notar el desvió de los flujos de capitales, y el consecuente frenado de la anhelada adopción masiva de la tecnología cripto y su oferta de descentralización para la sociedad que emerge lentamente. Quizás yo esté alucinando, tal como los chatbots en el inicio de este maremágnum tecnológico. Sé, al releerme, que traigo a colación, ideas y temores. Pero en un mundo en ebullición permanente, donde el cambio es la regla, estar preparado es una recomendación más que aceptable. ¿Y, si mañana desapareciera Hive? ¡Imposible! Gritarán muchos ante tal desatino. Pero… y si ocurre, ¿qué harías en consecuencia?

Hasta el momento, no veo señales de que esto ocurra. Y es aquí en donde vuelvo a la esencia de mi primer post en esta grandiosa plataforma. ¡No porque Hive sea una empresa formal y tradicional! Por supuesto que no. Es un enjambre, una colmena de almas conectadas por una tecnología de vanguardia. Incómoda para quienes les encanta el control total. Creo que mientras existan almas deseosas de libertad en sus diversas manifestaciones, respetuosas para con los demás, el futuro de Hive está asegurado. Solo un cataclismo masivo acabaría con las pocas y valiosas abejas, que, día tras día, dan todo de sí, para declarar que están aquí. En cualquier caso, somos los inversores, desarrolladores, creadores de contenidos, y lectores asiduos (sin importancia del orden), quienes hacemos posible que esta magia exista. Incluso, cuando los propulsores de estas ideas magníficas dejaron el barco hace ya tiempo. Me pregunto, ¿qué será de sus vidas? ¿Qué tan exitosos serán sus nuevos proyectos? Sin resentimiento, confío que les estén yendo de maravilla. Al final, el mundo digital es tan espacioso como el universo mismo. Sí, ya son seis años, de estar aquí. Nostálgico por aquellos que ya no están entre nosotros, pero alegré por haberlos conocido. Confiado en que el mañana será tan promisor como hasta ahora. ¡Brindo por ello!

Today, I’m six years old at Hive (including my first steps at Steemit, and then the fork). I recall that the topic of the opening post was about employment relations in dismissal situations. The reception was not very warm: three votes and a comment from @steemitboard (Today @hivebuzz) for my first post, and a vote in favor. Of course, in my ignorance and eagerness, I overlooked the obvious: At the risk of sounding redundant. I should have started writing a presentation post to the community at large.  These were still in the project, already at an advanced stage: a functionality to create thematic or specific communities. A hit!

Why did I choose an organizational theme? Perhaps, as an exercise of catharsis in the face of a consensual and cyclical dismissal that compromised my values at the time, and by a supposed strength in my status as a consultant and specialist with university training in organizational development. Don’t worry, I’m not here to bore you with my conflicting experiences within organizations. I think I’ve already ventilated it over the years. However, allow me to explain why, sooner rather than later, I gave up the intention of writing about managerial approaches, theories of neuroscience applied to the organizational field, intervention methodologies, and the business methods and techniques that seek to improve organizations in general. In this way, I have forgotten years of training and experience of successes and failures, trying to implement what has been learned in the process of validating that knowledge. I quickly realized that while there are technical communities dedicated to ecosystem development, they are themselves organizations for business purposes. I also understood that the great majority seek in their respective niches the development of the potentialities of the soul. Creative writing, philosophical and poetic, painting in its digital expression, without prejudice to the traditional and experimental, the development of music, just to name the best known. In addition, I see with concern that the irruption of artificial intelligence displays alerts among the most experienced, noting the diversion of capital flows, and the consequent brake on the hoped-for mass adoption of crypto technology and its decentralization offer to the slowly emerging society. Maybe I’m hallucinating, like chatbots at the beginning of this technological maragnum. I know, when I read again, that I bring to mind ideas and fears. But in a constantly boiling world where change is the rule, being prepared is an acceptable recommendation. And if Hive were to disappear tomorrow? Impossible! Many will cry out at such folly. But... and if it happens, what would you do accordingly?

So far, I don’t see any signs of that happening. And this is where I come back to the gist of my first post on this great platform. ¡ Not because Hive is a formal and traditional company! Of course not. It’s a swarm, a hive of souls connected by cutting-edge technology. Uncomfortable for those who love total control. I believe that as long as there are souls desirous of freedom in their various manifestations, respectful of others, the future of Hive is assured. Only a massive cataclysm would wipe out the few valuable bees, who, day after day, give their all to declare that they are here. In any case, we are the investors, developers, content creators, and regular readers (no matter the order) who make it possible for this magic to exist. Even when the propellers of these magnificent ideas left the ship long ago. I wonder what will become of their lives? How successful will your new projects be? No hard feelings, I trust you are doing great. In the end, the digital world is as spacious as the universe itself. Yes, it’s been six years since, to been here. Nostalgic for those who are no longer among us, but glad to have met them. Confident that tomorrow will be as promising as it is now. Here’s to it!
