Con @saraleo teníamos visto poder hacer algo como lo que hoy les traigo. Lo habíamos hablado, pero ya saben de aquel refrán que reza: ¨del dicho al hecho, hay un buen trecho¨ y aunque estaba más que palabreado, había que llevarlo a la realidad.
Pues la oportunidad de se nos dio finalmente ,junto al proyecto Safari Habana de cual formo parte. La locación era estupenda pues el Parque Montebarreto es una extensión de áreas verdes muy acorde al tema que trataríamos.
Desde que llegamos, y después de una cerveza jajajja, Sari me habló sobre algunos aspectos relacionados con el Yoga. De su historia, algunos puntos a tener en cuenta. Se veia sumamente emocionada y yo ni una pizca menos!
Mientras caminábamos al punto donde nos encontraríamos con el resto de los integrantes del grupo, Sari vio algo que le llamo la atención de forma inmediata. Así que ahí de pronto la teníamos volando por los aires.
With @saraleo we had seen to do something like what I bring you today. We had talked about it, but you know that proverb that says: ¨from words to deeds, there is a long way¨ and although it was more than just words, we had to put it into reality.
Well, the opportunity was finally given to us, together with the Safari Habana project of which I am part. The location was great because Montebarreto Park is an extension of green areas very appropriate to the subject we would deal with.
Since we arrived, and after a beer hahaha, Sari talked to me about some aspects related to Yoga. About its history, some points to keep in mind. She looked extremely excited and I was not a bit less!
As we were walking to the point where we would meet the rest of the group, Sari saw something that caught her attention immediately. So all of a sudden we had her flying through the air.😂
Después de la emoción y la descarga de adrenalina, la recuperamos! Cuando finalmente la tuvimos en tierra firme, literal y metafóricamente 😆, fuimos a saludar a los demás, y ya enseguida nos pusimos al lío. Primero hicimos la sesión de @nanixxx y luego seguimos con Sari.
Debo decir que me costó trabajo hacer una selección pues todas las fotos me gustaban demasiado!😍 La fuerza que transmite su mirada es fenomenal. Hay que verla moviéndose con esa fluidez y haciendo figuras imposibles con el cuerpo para adoptar algunas postura de yoga!!!
After the excitement and the adrenaline rush, we got her back! When we finally had her on solid ground, literally and metaphorically😆, we went to greet the others, and then we got down to business. First we did the @nanixxx session and then we continued with Sari.
I must say that I had a hard time making a selection because I liked all the pictures too much! The strength that sari transmits with her gaze is phenomenal. You have to see her moving with such fluidity and making impossible figures with her body to adopt some yoga postures.
El algunos casos para buscar algunos ángulos diferentes e interesantes, terminé prácticamente enterrada entre la yerba, pero valió totalmente la pena. 😜
In some cases to look for some different and interesting angles, I ended up practically buried in the weeds, but it was totally worth it. 😜
Llegados al final de la sesión Sari estaba aún llena de energía y muy feliz. Solamente de verla, la fortaleza de mente y cuerpo, definitivamente te dan ganas de comenzar en el yoga.
Si todo sale bien pronto será la maestra de algunos de nosotros hivers. Al menos yo lo espero con ansias!
Ojalá que a la protagonista de estas fotos e historia le gusten y por supuesto a su querido esposo @rumbapoet que nos acompañó todo el rato, lleno de paciencia. Para ellos la última foto del post.
By the end of the session Sari was still full of energy and very happy. Just watching her, the strength of mind and body, definitely makes you want to start yoga.
If all goes well she will soon be the teacher of some of us hivers. At least I'm looking forward to it!
