True spirituality does not seek to stand out, or impose itself. He is very quiet, silent, compassionate and simple. He does not need to prove anything, because he has understood that the soul does not compete, does not label, does not judge. Nothing is wrong, nothing is right. It's JUST THAT. The spiritual ego is one of the most subtle and dangerous forms of the ego, because it disguises itself as enlightenment, compassion, “being beyond the ego”, when in reality it is feeding a deep need for validation, control or superiority. I believe that true spirituality is humble and compassionate. What bothers me the most is that many people call themselves "spiritual people, but they use it to feel superior." Of course, the EGO cannot be on a 100% diet, every day, we have to feed it and play with it, in order to choose with our power. Personally, if something bothers me, it's an alert that tells me that I'm out of center, because it's not normal for an external stimulus to take away our inner peace, I at least see it that way and although it's not very credible the friends who have this habit of criticizing everything they see, they transmit that habit to you. I'm sure there will be many people who will understand what I'm referring to, what I write shouldn't bother anyone just let it go, just like a bad thought. Faith is the eternal elixir that gives us life, power and action to the impulse of thought and the true spiritual path does not begin either in a temple or in the jungle. It starts when we assume that all our experience, even the hardest, has something to teach us. It is usually thought that good and evil are visible, and it turns out that both things are present in each of us and in each of our days, routinely, imperceptibly invisible, it is the Ego, we also call it selfishness, in its most usual manifestation, locked in our I and interests, and we do not see the I of others, and their interests. For example, separating good from evil seems easy, but it is not. We almost always think, what I'm doing is right, the other one is wrong. In fact, we see the straw in someone else's eye and not the beam in our own. The good is free and anonymous without expecting anything in return. The advertised good ceases to be "the good". Evil tends to be noisy and invisible and the most dangerous is the invisible, because the other is outside, but the invisible is inside us and inside others. It takes a lot of decanting... Ignorance is still infinite. This reminds me of Lao Tze: "To want to be virtuous is not virtue." And this does not guarantee the result, but if it changes completely, the process. There is no one perfect in this world, but there are people who humbly acknowledge their mistakes and apologize from the heart. If you manage to be one of them, happiness, many Happiness, because even if you open your heart, cry and are vulnerable, you are healthy, you live and you can grow, mature, improve. And even more if it is accompanied by someone with a broad outlook, a kind heart, wisdom and experience, whose KINDNESS, considers family first and then friends, is great!. Janitze 💐
