We have to learn to close the gap to get out of frustration, to be able to write our own biography, from our real possibilities. *I am convinced that optimism opens the doors to success*. When you decide to take any action in your life, the first thing is to look inward: recognize your capabilities, value your strengths and be honest with your weaknesses. That balance sheet is the real starting point. Even though many times, fatigue turns into a scream, ... has it happened to you? To the point of ending up screaming not because you want to do it, but because you are exhausted, overloaded and out of breath. I have it clear, the scream is almost never against others, it is against the accumulated emotions, against tiredness, against what we did not know how to handle inside ourselves, including frustration, anger, sadness, postponing the impossible. We really need to stop screaming and looking for our adult, who also inhabits us, so that he knows how to restrain himself and contain himself... And that is learned. Also the expectations fly much higher than our reality, and there then, the frustration catches up with us.the frustration comes not only from what happens to us, it comes from comparing our life with an impossible version of perfection. Really the problem is not dreaming, it is measuring life with unrealistic rules and expectations that make us feel that we never reach them, that we are never going to achieve it, and that we will always be in lack. To heal and from there recognize what we do have and work with it, instead of living fighting with the idea of what "should be", it is necessary to do it. The authentic and real has no price has value and of that nowadays is scarce. They are real changes before our real voices, authenticity is priceless because what really transforms us does not need to be disguised. >You just have to know, "channel". Many people are left waiting for clarity to take the first step, but life doesn't work like that. From my own experience I learned that certainty does not come before the movement, it comes after, when you take risks even with fear and doubts. It is in action that you discover forces that you did not know you had. Move, make mistakes, learn and try again. Clarity is built by walking, not just by dreaming. And from there, go for it. Believing in yourself, trusting in what you have and what you can build, multiplies your possibilities. In the same way, it is good for mental and spiritual health to be grateful for all the fires we have gone through, because the fire and the light that are illuminating the way emerge from them, and to be grateful for the flames that have shaken us, and the ashes that summarize a past, that one that we travel through daily, between the real and the illusion, to turn the pages in our history. *People who take courage, who take risks with hope and clarity, are the ones who transform their life*.
