I've noticed ...

After so many years I've seen a lot of sabotage and that besides a lot of people don't need enemies... because they already have themselves. It sounds loud, but it's real, and you know that I'm not going to disguise the realities with nice words. Look, self-sabotage is just that: fighting against oneself, spoiling what could be our happiness, and closing the doors and windows on yourself. I've seen it a thousand times. At work, in relationships, in life... People who stumble over the same stone, but not because they don't see the stone... but because they unconsciously need it and walk straight towards it, to stumble again. The truth is, I've been there, too. I have often told here that I was very self-destructive before and even stopped myself out of fear. Fear of rejection, abandonment, criticism. Even being afraid of myself. Because yes, self-sabotage is often that: you don't jump in for fear of what might happen if you really do well. And of course, fear convinces you that you are not going to be able to, and we end up believing it. How to free ourselves from that fear that leads us to self-sabotage and prevents us from being our best version. I tell you in advance that there are no magic solutions. With emotional work, in depth and conscientiously, it can be achieved. The problem is not that we lack motivation, it's that we often have too much fear disguised as excuses. And we get rid of that fear when we realize that we are more than fears and that only happens when we abandon the excuse and start believing in ourselves. >That's the truth. It may be crude, but it makes us see our weaknesses. I feel it's almost like a war, where we know the enemy but we don't know in which way we react to atacarlo.La the difference between what we are and what we want to be usually causes us a lot of suffering. To stop suffering is to get closer to who you really are. Being yourself, even if it is a high-risk sport, is a real complexity. It's good to keep trying to get to know each other more everyday 🤔 We don't need more time, we just need less distraction, because every minute we protect from haste, is a form of freedom.Do you want to be free? Well, we have to tell the world our truth and we will be truly free. That's what it's about when we take off the mask, starting by releasing it in front of the mirror, in front of ourselves. Many times we fall into a game of appearances, we forget the most important thing: our authenticity. True self-esteem is not built by pleasing others, but by accepting ourselves, with our lights and our shadows. *I love to take this picture when I have the time to walk in this place on the outskirts of my city...you are beautiful hydrangeas...do you like them?* How hard is it to take two days without doing absolutely nothing, do you think you can do it? Or should we wait until we get sick? Nice day. Janitze.🌷
