It's OKAY to break chains ...

When you don't understand why you react the way you react, you repeat the same script. And that, without a doubt, causes you problems. Do you know what happens when we buy into other people's stories? We survive by being who we really are not, and that's where life goes. Basically, most people live by repeating other people's ideas over and over again: what mom said, what the boss thought, what the guru on duty shouted on Instagram. Do you realize that you are lost when you wonder who you are and don't know what to answer? It's like that. They taught us to doubt ourselves, not to think too much, to go with the flow even if it drags us down. But that comes at a price: your peace, your authenticity, your life. The truth is that if you keep swallowing other people's stories, you're going to choke on an existence that's not yours... Do you want to start living? Well, let's stop living daily in urgency mode, because you forget about yourself. Stop listening to lies and stories of other people's ways. It is better to attend to our own criteria, with our history, our truth. I know that this behavior of having my own criteria is what has helped me with the impotence of wanting to do more, understanding that everyone has their own script in the film. Being ourselves inspires others to break their chains, because authenticity liberates. It's okay not to be someone else's priority. But what is not right is that you treat someone as a priority and they give you a lot of treatment. Learning to love and respect each other is key.Worrying doesn't solve it anymore. It does not invalidate your pain or suffering, but it has no merit especially that you suffer more. That is, even if we see what is expected, it also has merit, it is necessary and important that you take care of yourself. I think this because I know from my own experience that if you have to go through an illness or process that is not resolved quickly, you need to manage your energy to maintain your mental health and keep what others will say away. It is worth daring to question what we see and take care of ourselves. To stop in time those who fuck up our life, is to set limits to regain focus. We are not for everyone, and that's normal. When we do not understand what is happening to us, then everything gets tangled up. When you grow up or are exposed to places where everything can blow up, you learn to read the emotional climate as if your life depended on it. The body moves forward, the mind calculates scenarios, and that vigilance is installed as a way of being in the world. Accepting our imperfections is the first step towards true trust. No one is perfect, and that's okay. What do you think? Janitze. 🌹
