Today, I look through the rearview mirror of my car, and I think about your first question @jane1289, and I decide to open a piece of my professional history, it is a story that I have written, with commitment, passion and a clear goal: as an executive coaching, I make work teams grow in their leadership. More than 15 years ago I had the opportunity to start my journey as an executive coaching, and since then every project, every challenge and every conversation have taught me that the true success of a company is not only in its results, but in the strength of the people who move it. My job in this business has been and continues to be to connect, train and accompany leaders. >Why this business? Because the calling, the idea is to create environments where leadership inspires, purpose guides and human skills make a difference. Because that way, they can discover the best of their teams, building more human, collaborative and effective teams. Because when a leader grows, everyone grows with him. Today, when I wrote this post telling a little more about my professional life, I can only feel gratitude. Gratitude for every company that has trusted in my experience, for every team that has allowed me to sow new ideas, and see them flourish in the form of shared achievements. If something defines me, it is the certainty that transformation does not start in people, and that with the right direction, any well-prepared, trained team can achieve whatever they set out to do. It's nice to be surrounded by people who add up. I keep going, inspiring meetings that support team training as a way to strengthen the culture within each business. >Now on this walk... I always tell my inner child: *I'm fulfilling your dreams", join me to achieve my adult resolutions.* This is part of the path that I accompany in every encounter. In this business a subtle balance is created between what you do, what you feel, the vocation, and the magic of finding. That's balance and I want to bring this to all planes of my life. When the bonds are strong, the business is also strong, by the way, Jane, what I am writing about applies in all relationships of couple, family, and between friends, when there is an opportunity to start a business. I appreciate, the gratitude that you Ladies Of Hive, make known in the comments of my post, "thank you for sharing your experience", every time I read it, *with humility under my head, because I know that I still have a lot to learn.* I love, to continue to undertake in this business, and it is one of the things that makes me the happiest in this life... Educating for life... Janitze.🐝
