What we say directly influences how we think, feel and act. Language not only describes our reality, it also constructs it. Saying ”I have to work" sounds like an obligation and can generate resistance, while saying "I'm going to work today” gives us back the feeling of choice and purpose. Changing our words has a great impact on our motivation and well-being. By training our mind to speak to us with more intention and kindness, we start in a more constructive way. In fact, sometimes we want to turn the pages of our life in a hurry and stay to live forever in others, especially when that chapter is of a lot of intense happiness... But how would we recognize the light if we had never walked through the shadows...? Every chapter, even the difficult, adverse things, have left us traces that have shaped us for life. And when we look back we understand that we would not be who we are today, if we had lived them all. Every page is worth it, everything is worth it, even if we are in one of those rough chapters, of grief, sadness, illness, in those chapters that we want everything to pass quickly, it is better to be calm because they will also pass, so don't worry. >To deny change is to deny your intelligence. It is essential to understand that adapting to change is not only a skill, but the path to success. When we resist to change, we become rigid and static, which makes us refuse to follow the course of life. This lack of adaptation leads us to degrowth, annihilates our ideas, blurs our goals and slows down our objectives, killing our dreams!... maybe we're preying on ourselves... Do you realize that? To make a change in any area of life, we need courage and the courage to take the leap, to move and to dare to do things differently, maybe differently. It will be...!? because intelligence is the ability to solve unexpected problems and this, in turn, accepts and assimilates changes? Now, I wonder if a person is not sanely ambitious, is he not intelligent either? For a long time, I have built a life with purposes without planning it. I am absolutely intuitive. But I am driven by the passion and conviction to build, and innovate. And well... that's how fulfillment is, I'm clear that self-love does not make you invincible, but it makes you immune to staying where your life is annulled, it makes us evolve, reach an unstoppable spiritual level, makes us understand and see clearly the intentions of the devourer, the predator of dreams. >All in turn, in time... because holding everything... also exhausts. Has it happened to you? And if sometimes, we can't let go of the noise, it's good to recognize that sometimes it's not weakness... it's humanity.
