Hello everyone, today I want to share with you a digital illustration that I finished today. I really like the result of this drawing because of the lighting I applied to the character's face.
To start this piece, I had to use a reference I found on Pinterest as a guide. The image was the main thing that helped me begin to bring the idea I had in mind to life. Below, I'm sharing some images that show the progress of the illustration.
Hola a todos, el dia de hoy le quiero compartir de una ilustración digital que he terminado el dia de hoy. Me gusto mucho el resultado de este dibujo por las luces que aplique en el rostro del personaje.
Para iniciar en esta obra, me tuve que guiar en una referencia que encontré en Pinterest. La imagen fue lo principal para empezar el materializar la idea que tenía en mente. A continuación, les comparto algunas imágenes que muestran el progreso de la ilustración.
Process
To start this drawing, I had to make a sketch, in which I defined the proportions and established the basic structure of the character using lines. I then moved on to the coloring stage, carefully choosing a palette.
Para iniciar en este dibujo tuve que realizar un boceto, en el que definí las proporciones y establecí la estructura base del personaje mediante trazos. Para luego seguir con la etapa del color, eligiendo cuidadosamente una paleta.
