Asslamoalekum and hello to my #Actifit community. Welcome to another blog. Alhadolillah I am trying to be consistent and regular in my exercise. On regular basis I visit race course park for doing different kinds of exercises and jym training.
It was a wonderful sunny day here in Lahore. I got up at about 10:50 in the morning. Yesterday I slept too late that's why I didn't get up early in tbe morning.
The weather was very pleasant. Yesterday it was heavy rain in Lahore. Infact it was thunderstorm.
I am feeling very relaxed after continuing my exercise. My body has adopted the change pretty nicely and believe me I am now feeling very joyful and fit. The stress and angry mood have vanished.
As usual I visited Race course Park Lahore at about 04:30 in the evening. Race course park which is also known as Jilani Park Lahore is a very soothing place for exercise. A very calm and natural place where you can only hear bird chirping.
I started jogging at a rough track. A track that is tailor made for running. Because of Sunday it was a great rush of people in the park. The children and women had come here in numbers.
These pictures have been taken when I did push ups,chin ups and pull ups. After doing few exercises I relaxed for a while.
I couldn't do jym because it was Sunday and the jym was closed. People were busy in doing different kinds of exercises.
I did almost 15 to 16 sit ups. Then I did chin ups. I did three chin ups. My chin ups have increased from two to three. My sit ups have also been increased.
I am pretty happy that I am consistent in my daily routine exercise. I ran for almost 1 km and then I sat on the banch and relaxed for a while.
It was another wonderful day spent with joy and exercise.
