I am Alive and thriving|| Consistency in Exercise is Key Factor|| My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2025

Aslamoalekum and hello to my #actifit community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. It was a Friday and Friday is always a sacred day for Muslims around the globe. I got up bit late in the morning. I had my breakfast and did few official tasks. I was waiting for Evening time because now body asks me for doing workout. So at about 4 pm I departed towards race course park Lahore. On the way I offered my Asar prayer. Then I walked to the park. It took me 15 to 20 minutes to reach the park. So when I reached there I saw plenty of students enjoying in the park. I met my jym partners and started workout. First I started jogging for almost ten minutes. I ran 1.5 km on the beautiful track of race course park Lahore. After that I went to outer jym and did few exercises there. I did Push ups, sit ups, squats and exercises there. I was fully sweat and feeling very relaxed and pleased after exercise.

IMG_20251107_164000.jpg Then I went for weighing my weight. I was astonished to see my weight because I had lost almost 5kg weight which was a wonderful achievement for me. I was very pleased to see my weight. Now I am going towards smartness. Health is improving day by day. My stomach has also been improved a lot. My lower belly fat has gone because of doing different kinds of belly exercises.

I listened a video few videos ago , a phycision was telling that when we do exercise and workout, a harmone that is called dopamine releases from our body. And this harmone increase happiness and joy in human body. By doing workout and different kinds of exercises at such a wonderful place is a blessing of Almighty Allah. I feel myself lucky enough that I have time for exercise. Most of us in this busy life don't have time for themselves and this is a setback. Once you lose health you losses everything. Health is definitely a wealth which you can't buy with money. You cannot earn it. Our body needs almost 10 k steps of walk daily but most of us don't do this. And when we fall I'll we realise the importance of health but then time has gone. Money and career is nothing without good health. If you don't want spare time for yourself in this busy life, you ruined your health. So please take care of your health. Hit the jym at least 5 days in a week Do at least one hour proper exercise on daily basis. Believe me you will feel completely different. You will be astonished to see the result of consistent exercise. All our body parts need proper training and if we don't utilise our body parts , they become inactive. I have completed 8000 steps during my walk, jogging and doing other exercises. Alhamdolillah I am consistent in exercise and getting very good results. Thanks for stopping at my post.
