Asslamoalekum and hello to my hive family. I hope you are all doing good. I am also doing pretty well. Whenever I get bored I go for outing and have some fun. The summer is going on here in Pakistan and it is quite humid out there. This kind of weather force me to eat ice cream.
Today I decided to go for nearby town called daudkhel for eating yummy ice cream. I reached there at about 09:30 am. There was great of people on the shop. The waitor were serving ice cream and mango milk shake.
First I ordered mango milk shake and asked waitor to mix few cubes of ice cream into it. After a while he served milk shake. Literally it was very yummy because they add pure milk into it. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.
After drinking mango milkshake, I asked waitor to bring a cup of ice cream. When I took first spoon of ice cream, I was stunned because the ice cream was very yummy. Believe me I have never tasted such a yummy and tasty ice cream in my life. It was something very special. Look at this yummy ice cream in the pictures below.
Now I knew why people have gathered here in numbers. Mr Yousaf was the owner of the shop. He treated me as special customer. They charged two hundred pkr for both ice cream and a glass of mango milkshake. So it the rates of ice cream and milkshake were quite reasonable.
They were preparing this ice cream in a big pot. I saw the whole process of making this yummy ice cream. It was not an easy thing to make this ice cream because the expertise and hardwork,was required. Here you can see the process of making ice cream in the pictures below.
The good thing about this ice cream was that they made this ice cream with all the organic ingredients. No artificial elements have been added in this ice cream. This thing discriminate it from other branded ice cream.
