There are many grasses around our land with flowers. Nature is a true reminder that the simplest things can bloom, even in the things we often don’t notice.

Hello, Hive friends! Sometimes I forget to notice the small things around me, but today I was inspired by the flowers that brighten my day.

While I was at the farm, I noticed many weeds with flowers in different colors. They may look simple, but when I looked closely, they were truly beautiful. So I decided to take some pictures to share on my blog. Nature has a way of teaching us to appreciate little things. For me, it’s a reminder that even in ordinary moments, there is something to be thankful for.

Some weeds had bright yellow flowers, while others had white or purple blooms. They were scattered around the field, but each one stood out in its own way. My brother Jemson said, Even these small plants are strong and keep growing no matter what. This made me reflect on resilience. Just like these plants, we can keep moving forward even when life is difficult. Every small bloom is a lesson in strength and perseverance.

It reminded me that growth takes effort and time. As I stared at the weeds, I thought about how they survive and bloom even without being cared for. Their quiet perseverance inspired me in life, and I realized that no matter how small you start, if you keep trying and reaching upward, you will find your own place in the world. Sometimes I really wonder why these weeds look so different from each other. How do they survive in the soil even though no one planted them? They grow on their own, and yet they thrive.

My mother said that the grasses get covered with morning dew, which is why they survive. Some grasses also have medicinal uses that others may not know about, like roots and leaves that can be mixed for a bath or boiled and drunk to strengthen the body.

Some weeds are also useful, like sunflowers. We use them as posts to support our climbing plants, such as sitaw and beans so they don’t fall over. God’s goodness can be seen even in things I don’t fully understand. Everything has a reason and I also need to value what surrounds me. Just like the weeds, everything has a purpose and use.

It is amazing to see how beautiful God’s work is through the weeds. It made me think about being thankful for His goodness, even though the smallest things contribute to life in ways we may not see. I realized that beauty can be found in the places we pass by every day if we just take the time to notice it.

I thanked the weeds because I realized that they grow every day, even when no one tends to them. Meanwhile, I sometimes feel tired or disappointed about the things I’ve wasted or neglected. Seeing the weeds reminded me that I should be grateful for what I have and for every small effort that continues to grow in my life.

I really appreciate everyone who takes the time to read my blog. Thank you for your support! See you next time. All pictures were taken with my phone and edited in Canva.
