The disconnection was completely serious. The data signal from a couple of telephone companies does not work very well in the area, and the Wi-Fi connection was very weak, so all attendees were left without an Internet connection. Some were terrified of not having a connection, but they quickly recovered, as there were many activities scheduled to keep them busy throughout the day. The weather was very cool, both in Barquisimeto and in that area, as it had rained during the early morning and there were threatening clouds. There was a light drizzle, but that did not prevent the program from continuing. The first thing was breakfast and words from the organizers, hosts, and guest facilitators. A psychologist, an experiential learning and laughter therapy coach, an expert in holistic cosmetology, and another in mindfulness. Participants were divided into groups with a set time to rotate between facilitators. The talks, exercises, and activities were very interesting and productive. I tried to disconnect and relax a little, even though I had to be active taking photos and videos of the activity. Disconnecting from the Internet is not a problem for me. Although I work with the Internet and need to be connected, I am not one of those people who are constantly looking at their phones. ---- > Había cuatro facilitadores, cada uno responsable de un área específica.
