This introduction feels like a repeat but I refuse to see it so and yeah... @anomadsoul agrees to this. Hive is a transformed system from the steemit block chain and I am just starting my journey here today, with an audience most likely different from the one I had on steemit so let's get to know me shall we?

ABOUT ME

My name is Maryjane Madubuobi, nicknamed jeaniepearl(jeanie from Jane and pearl is a stone for my birth month June). I am in my middle 20's(sorry adults don't tell their age) . I am a not so proud Nigerian but I was born and raised here, left with no choice. I am a student studying Agricultural and bio Environmental Engineering in the university of Ibadan. I am a christian.

A LITTLE FLASH BACK TO STEEMIT

I joined steemit 3 years ago, before then I do write on Facebook with likes as reward so when I heard that I could get actual reward for my contents, I jumped at the opportunity. I already had previous knowledge of Cryptocurrency so it wasn't difficult for me to blend. My first post which was my intro post hit 100 whopping dollars, that was enough encouragement not to relent although I never earned that amount or anything close again. I didn't have a particular niche, I wrote poems, short stories and another creative stuffs.

I initiated a show that really went viral TGIF WITH JRANIEPEARL and I also sold out ideas to a lot of steemians. Believe me when I say I am an amazing writer and super creative too 😎 I am a curator for @wafrica. i joined steemhunt and reviewhunt along the line, my steemit journey was quite cool.

WHAT HAVE I BEEN UP TO

If you were a follower of my blog, you would notice that I stopped creating for a long while, I didn't stop existing i was just channeling on some other stuffs. I created my social media management brand this year, I have been managing social media account for both small and big businesses. I write articles for people.

I have been on industrial training with the Engineering sector of Lagos Waste Management until it got suspended because of the present pandemic and I have also been developing myself more on digital marketing and applying for ambassordship position in crypto projects I have interest in. I am the P. R.O of my school faculty and that too has been quite exhausting.

WHY AM I BACK TO HIVE?

1. No matter how occupied I am, the need to create content persists. I love writing and the idea that I can be rewarded for my great contents is always an encouragement to do better. I am here to do what I love doing, write original and creative contents you will definitely enjoy.

2. I am here to read too, hive has made it easy to engage in contents of ones interest by simply joining the community, super amazing if you ask me. I believe in this platform and trust that I can read quality contents here.

3. Crypto communities excite me, what better place to be than among my fellow crypto enthusiasts. I want to grow so I am here to learn from people with better experience than myself.
