Yesterday I logged 8,616 steps on @actifit, roughly 1,400 steps short of my daily 10k step goal. Majority of my steps were logged doing Instacart deliveries throughout the day. I also stopped by my parents house in the afternoon and had Chinese food for dinner with my nieces and nephews. This morning I went to help my dad chop up a fallen tree in the backyard. Here’s a picture of a carpenter ant colony we found within the tree.
