Yesterday I logged 15,728 steps on @actifit, over 5,000 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. Majority of my steps were logged walking around Six Flags Great Escape Amusement Park with my family on a nice day trip. It was Oktoberfest in the park so we had some beers and went on rides. The Adirondack Outlaw may be one of the craziest rides I’ve ever been on. Below is a photo of Vivi heading off to jail.
