Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great! I’ve been very busy lately, but my vacation has finally started, so while I’m getting ready for new trips, I’ll share some past ones I still didn't post about. In my last post, I wrote about arriving in Rovinj in May this year, a beautiful town in the Istria region of Croatia. The reason for my visit was the Communication Days event.
I work in communications, and the company I work for provided my team and me with the opportunity to attend this event for professional development. We spent five amazing days there.
Attending Communication Days in Rovinj was an inspiring experience. The event brought together creative minds and communication experts from across the region, all eager to share ideas and spark new perspectives.
The atmosphere was both professional and relaxed, with engaging panels, workshops, and networking moments by the beautiful Adriatic coast.
I enjoyed hearing fresh insights on branding, digital trends, and the power of storytelling in today’s fast-paced world.
My favorite part was attending the sessions from the beach. The weather was warm but pleasant by the sea and the sea here is truly beautiful.
The event took place at the Lone Hotel, a luxurious hotel on the Adriatic coast.
One of the most memorable moments was a lecture given by a robot, if I remember correctly, her name was Sophia. Those who attended inside were especially impressed, while I watched from outside.
In the evening, we attended the awards ceremony, and our company won two awards. We were proud that our efforts were recognized.
Beyond the sessions, the charming streets and sunsets of Rovinj made the trip unforgettable. I left energized, motivated, and full of ideas to bring back to my everyday work.
I’ll share more about this trip in my next post.
Thank you for reading.
