Hello photography lovers, I hope you are doing well. Last night I was inspired by the streets of my city - Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and I took some photos that I want to share with you.
My city is known for its lively atmosphere, regardless of whether it's raining or late at night or cold... There's always someone on the streets and there's always something happening and moving.
Cafes have a warm atmosphere, people gather and spend time together.
Recently, due to the current events in my country, there is also a release from fear, so the freedom that my city has always been known for is felt more and more.
I love my city. I love the atmosphere in front of the theatre as people wait for the theatre play to start.
And the main square, The Republic square, where someone is always waiting for someone. Earlier, when there were no mobile phones, the main landmark was the clock on the square and the Prince Mihailo monument, popularly known as "the horse".
Every time you walk, you can see interesting facades of buildings and notice some detail that you never noticed before.
My attention is always attracted by the interesting window displays and decorations of the cafes, hairdressing salons etc. Modern within the old.
But one thing remains the same through the years, and that is the spirit of the city, which sometimes quiets down a bit, but rises again and continues to live.
Thank you for reading.
