There are gestures that are small for some but when given are received as something big and wonderful, because honestly, if we think about it, those gifts that we treasure in a safe place and that, when we see them, make us relive beautiful and happy moments, are not usually related to expensive places or super expensive gifts.
At least for me, the best gifts I treasure are things that didn't cost anything. For example, I keep some letters that were lovingly written to me in a very special place, and for me, none of them can be paid for with anything material because they are worth too much. I can also mention gestures, words, or simply support that are so valuable that they couldn't be paid for with money either.
So, for me, a flower given at a spontaneous moment, even if it had no economic cost, is and always will be a great gesture full of pure love. I'm not saying that a gift that cost money isn't valuable, but money is never necessary to give a gift that has great value.
