Ayer hicimos una sopa en la casa de mi tío y su esposa, desde hace tiempo quisimos hacer una y solo estábamos esperando el momento justo para poder hacerla y se pudo por fin. Habíamos comprado muchas verduras, y mucha carne para que todo quedara delicioso, tratamos de comprar todo lo necesario.

Yesterday we made a soup at my uncle and his wife's house, we have been wanting to make one for a long time and we were just waiting for the right moment to make it and we finally did it. We had bought a lot of vegetables, and a lot of meat so that everything would be delicious, we tried to buy everything we needed.

Habíamos llegado a la casa de mi tío con todas las cosas, ellos estaban terminando de limpiar la casa y acomodar todo para comenzar con la preparación de la sopita. Mientras ellos se ponían a picar la carne y las verduras, nosotras salimos a comprar algunos refrescos y también decidimos comprar una carreña para disfrutar luego en la tarde mientras conversábamos.

We had arrived at my uncle's house with all the things, they were finishing cleaning the house and arranging everything to start preparing the soup. While they were chopping the meat and vegetables, we went out to buy some soft drinks and we also decided to buy a cart to enjoy later in the afternoon while we talked.

Regresamos a la casa y ya la olla estaba montada con las cosas, nosotras decidimos limpiar un poco el espacio ya que habían muchas cascaras de los vegetales y debíamos de permanecer todo limpio y ordenado porque si no aparecían mosca o incluso alguien podría resbalar. Mientras se cocinaba la sopa nos sentamos a conversar y no pudimos esperar en abrir la caroreña, y comenzamos a tomar jajaja,luego de un buen rato ya la comida estaba lista y nosotros estábamos más que preparados para comer, ya ansiábamos probarla.. Y si, efectivamente estaba demasiado buena, yo sinceramente repetí dos veces porque me encanto como estaba, y así mismo hicieron varios en la mesa.

We went back to the house and the pot was already set up with the things, we decided to clean the space a little bit since there were many vegetable peels and we had to keep everything clean and tidy because if not flies would appear or even someone could slip. While the soup was cooking we sat down to talk and we could not wait to open the caroreña, and we started drinking hahaha, after a while the food was ready and we were more than ready to eat, we were eager to try it.... And yes, it was indeed too good, I sincerely repeated twice because I loved how it was, and so did several at the table.

Luego de que todos terminamos de comer, recogimos la mesa, lavamos los platos, barrimos y trapeamos el piso y nos sentamos nuevamente a conversar, pero esta vez.. Nos tomamos muchísimas fotos en familia y esos nos hizo muy feliz.

After we all finished eating, we cleared the table, washed the dishes, swept and mopped the floor and sat down again to talk, but this time.... We took lots and lots of family pictures and that made us very happy.
