Today being Sunday my children are waiting for Sunday rice little did the know that I have another pain of cooking yam with a sauce 😋.
INGREDIENTS USE
🌳1/2 yam
🌳Half cup of red oil
🌳Three tablespoons of NGO
🌳Six pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
🌳Two pieces of garden egg
🌳One plate of cutted ukazi leaf 🌿 ( wild spinach )
🌳One bulb of onion
🌳Two cups of oil bean (Ugba)
🌳One teaspoon of salt for taste
🌳Water
PROCEDURE
Without wasting much of your time I will show and share how I made this recipe
Here I first peel my yam and wash it then put into the pot and add salt to the water then set on fire and cook
I then gether all my ingredients together and wash then cut them and put my fresh pepper into a mortar and pound
After pounding the pepper I checked my pot of yam and it has boiled so I bring it down and set aside
Then inside the mortar I add my red oil and add NGO into it then mix
Then after mixing it I add my ukazi leaf and mix then add my oil bean (Ugba) and cutted garden egg and mix
After that I chopped of onions and salt for taste and mix very thing together
Here is face of my ukazi and oil bean (Ugba) sauce very delicious 😋
Here I dish out my food and my kids were very happy to eat the recipe as there Sunday meal 😁
