As an early stage pregnant mother I don't feel like to eat all the time. But today I was craving to eat noodles pepper soup ๐ฒ. so when I tell my husband of what I want to eat, he was like which one is noodles pepper soup and then he give me money to go and buy things that I needed for it and prepare one for myself.
INGREDIENTS USED
One noodles Five pieces of fresh pepper ๐ถ๏ธ 1/2 teaspoon of salt for taste One teaspoon of nutmeg powder Half cup of groundnut oil A seed of ginger Some pieces of scent leaves ๐ฟ One bulb of onion ๐ง Water

PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made the noodles

First I put the noodles in the pot to pre boil for 5 minutes

When the noodles is on first I start to prepare my ingredients by washing and cutting them and then bring my mortar and first pound my ginger and also pound my fresh pepper set them aside

Here my noodles is boiling so I bring it down and pour into the seive to remove water

After that I wash that same pot then put it back to the fire allow it to dry water and after drying water I add my oil into it

Then after that I add my pounded ginger and chopped onions mix

After that I add water covers it and allow to boil very well

When it is boiling I add my pounded pepper, nutmeg powder and salt for taste mix

After that I pour in my noodles mix until everything comes up together and I then add my cut scent leaves cover and allow to cook for awhile

Here I off my gas and bring down my pot of noodles, just looking only at the face you will understand why I was craving to eat it because the taste was super delicious ๐

Then dish out my food to enjoy my husband tested it and was like this is so yummy and sweet, you will cook mine for me one day r
