Today I decided to make a local recipe that I learn from grandmother when I was living with her in the village. Today my husband and friends are at home so I remember this local recipe and decided to make it for them so that they will enjoy their day.
INGREDIENTS USED
Two cups of garri flour Half cup of red oil Four pieces of fresh pepper ๐ถ๏ธ One bulb of onion ๐ง 1/2 of teaspoon of salt for taste Water

PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how to make this local recipe out

I first bring my seive and seive my garri to be come smooth and after that I set it aside

Then wash all my ingredients and cut my onions into pieces then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper

After pounding my fresh pepper I add my chopped onions into the mortar and pound it together

Then after pounding my pepper and onion together I add my salt for taste then also add my garri into the mortar and pound then add little bit of water into it and pound until everything comes up together

After that I then bring it out of the mortar and then start to mood it after molding it I set aside

Then I set a pot on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my my red oil into it and allow it to hot for some minutes

After some minutes I start to add my ingredients into the hot oil and fry for like 10 minutes

Here I serve my husband and his friends my local garri recipe balls and everyone of them was like how did you remember this recipe because it has been long they never have a taste of it
