Today I want to market and one of my costumer gifted me with banana 🍌. When I return home my children was very happy so I tell them that I want to use it and make snacks for them. Banana snacks the were like mummy will it be sweet and I said yes it will.

INGREDIENTS USED

Four pieces of banana 🍌 One cup of vegetable oil 🪔 Two cups of flour One teaspoon of salt for taste Three tablespoons of sugar 1/2 of teaspoon of nutmeg powder

PROCEDURE

In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this banana bons snacks out

Firstly I washed my banana then peel 🍌 it and match it out very well

Then after that I pour my flour into a clean plate and start to add my ingredients into it by adding sugar, salt for taste and nutmeg powder then mix very well

After that I add my banana into the mixture of flour and then mix very thing and set aside

Then after that I set my pot on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my vegetable oil into it allow it to hot

After that I start to mood it into a ball shape and set aside

Then my oil has been hot so I start to add it into the oil to fry for some minutes on a low heat

My snacks is ready I bring it out for my children to eat and they were very happy because it is their first time of eating banana snacks before.
