Greetings to this amazing community, I welcome everyone to my blog once again today

This evening my house help was craving to eat soup. So I decided to make okoro soup for her to make her happy with the mushroom 🍄 that I bought yesterday when I was coming back from work.

INGREDIENTS USED

One plate of mushroom 🍄 Five pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️ One bulb of onion 🧅 Some pieces of vegetable leaves Half cup of red oil 1/2 of water One plate of pieces of okoro seeds Water

PROCEDURE

In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this soup out

Firstly I washed my onion cut it into pieces and then bring my mortar and pound my pepper then set aside

After that I wash the mushroom and put it into a pot add water into it and add my pounded pepper, chopped onions and salt for taste then cook it on a fire

When my pot is still on the fire I start to prepare all my ingredients by washing and cutting them and set aside

Then after that I checked my pot and my ingredients is boiling so add my red oil into it and cover for some minutes

After some minutes I checked my pot and oil into the soup has changed color so add my cut okoro and mix it very well then leave for awhile

Some minutes later I add my vegetable leaves and mix them together very well and leave it for some minutes

Here is the face of my delicious mushroom soup very yummy and nice 👍

I dish out my mushroom 🍄 soup out and serve my house help her own soup and she was very happy to enjoy herself with my kids
