Today I make a delicious recipe planvegan for my family most especially for my house help this recipe is one of her favorite food.
INGREDIENTS USED
๐ณ One bulb of onion ๐ณ Some pieces of scent leaves ๐ฟ ๐ณ Six pieces of fresh pepper ๐ถ๏ธ ๐ณ One teaspoon of salt for taste ๐ณ Three cups of beans ๐ซ ๐ณ Half cup of red oil ๐ณ Three pieces of ripe plantain ๐ณ Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe
First I selected the good beans out from the bad ones and then pour water into it and wash then put into a pot and cook for some minutes
Then when my beans is still on fire I start to prepare my ingredients by washing and cutting them into pieces and then bring my mortar pound my fresh pepper and set them aside
Then after that I checked my pot of beans and it has been cooked well so I bring it down wash it and pour into my seive to remove water
After that I add water into my pot set it on the fire then add my beans into it and allow it to boil
When the beans start boiling I add my red oil then add my cutted plantains cover then allow to cook for awhile
After that I checked my pot and it was boiling so I add my pounded pepper and chopped onions mix
After awhile I add my salt for taste and my cutted scent leaves and mix very well until everything comes together
Here is the face of my porridge plantain and beans very delicious meal
I dish out my food for my family to enjoy and everybody was very happy to enjoy their meal
