This morning I made something nice for my children to eat as breakfast, this recipe is very healthy and nice also natural. White rice and pumpkin leaves it helps in boosting of the blood.
INGREDIENTS USED
๐ณ Three cups of rice ๐พ ๐ณ Some pieces of pumpkin leaves ๐ณ Five pieces of fresh tomatoes ๐ ๐ณ Half cup of oil bean (Ugba) ๐ณ One bulb of onion ๐ณ Four pieces of garlic seeds ๐ณ One teaspoon of curry powder ๐ณ Six pieces of fresh pepper ๐ถ๏ธ ๐ณ One teaspoon of salt for taste ๐ณ 1/2 of ginger seeds ๐ณ Three tablespoons of vegetable oil ๐ณ One teaspoon of nutmeg powder ๐ณ Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe
First I wash my rice ๐พ with a clean water and put it into a pot then cook to per boil for some minutes
Then I start to prepare all my ingredients by washing and cutting them into pieces and then bring my mortar and pound my fresh pepper, ginger and garlic together and set aside
After that I check my rice ๐พ it has boil I bring it down and wash then put into a sieve to remove water
Then put that same pot on fire to cook for 15 minutes and after 15 minutes I checked my rice and it has cooked well so I bring it down
After all that I start to prepare my pumpkin leaves sauce, I first set another pot on the fire to dry water and after drying water I pour in my vegetable oil into the pot and put my pounded ingredients fresh pepper, ginger and garlic and mix
Then add my chopped of onions mix and add my chopped tomatoes and mix
After that I add my curry powder, nutmeg powder, salt for taste and add my oil bean Ugba and mix very thing together and leave it to fryer for awhile
Then after awhile I add my cutted pumpkin leaves and mix then cover it for cook for some minutes
Here is the face of my pumpkin leaves sauce so sweet and yummy ๐ with natural taste ๐
