Greetings to this great community a place where people that matters are staying, I welcome 🤗 everyone to my blog today
This evening my husband just craving to eat yam. Yam is one of the most favorite classic Nigerian food. So I decided to make the food in another native way that he will eat and enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Some pieces of garden egg leaves 🌿 🌳One bulb of onion 🧅 🌳Half yam 🌳One teaspoon of salt for taste 🌳One cup of oil bean (Ugba) 🌳Five tablespoons of red oil 🌳One plate of cassava flake ( Abacha) 🌳Six tablespoons of Ngo 🌳One teaspoon of dry pepper 🌳Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe
First I boil water with a kettle and when the water has boil I add it into my cassava flake (Abacha) and soak for some minutes
Then after that I put water in the pot and boil then start to peel my yam and after peeling it I wash with a clean water and put into my boiling water to cook for 15 minutes
After that I start to prepare my ingredients by washing them and cutting them into pieces and set aside
Here I checked my pot of yam and it has been cooked well so I bring it down and set aside
After that I checked my soak cassava flake (Abacha) and it has been soft so I bring my seive and pour it into it to remove water
Then after that I bring a clean plate and pour in my red oil and Ngo into it then mix it very well
After mixing it I add my cassava flake (Abacha) and mix then add my oil bean (Ugba) and mix very well
Then after that I add my dry pepper, salt for taste and my chopped onions and mix all together
After that I add my cutted garden egg leaves and mix
Here is the face of my cassava flake (Abacha) and oil bean (Ugba)combination very yummy and delicious 😋
I dish out my native Nigerian food for my husband to enjoy
