Decreasing the measure of kilojoules we eat and drink each day, or accomplishing more exercise each day, even by limited quantities, would all be able to include and have any kind of effect.
This could be as simple as:
-
having a plate of mixed greens or rice as a side rather than hot chips
-
requesting flame-broiled rather than rotisserie or crumbed choices
-
swapping full fat for low fat or skim milk
-
swapping a high sugar drink for water
-
swapping a fried food for a low kJ one
-
swapping a huge food or drink serve for a littler one
-
keeping away from supper arrangement or 'two for one' advancements
-
checking the kilojoules on menus and selecting the lower kilojoule alternative
-
having less kilojoules at different dinners
accomplishing greater action when you eat more kilojoules.
