Greetings friends of Hive and the Street Workout Community! My name is Jesuerimar Guarirapa. I'm @jeshu-sw at #Hive. It's me again... I told you I'd be back. Today after coming home from work I did a stretching routine at home and I want to share with you some pictures of the moment.

‎En realidad quería hacer una rutina de full body, pero la dejaré para otra ocasión ya que, para los que no saben a parte de entrenar también soy bailarina y lamentablemente tengo un pequeño desgarre muscular en la parte interna del muslo derecho y eso no me permite realizar ciertos ejercicios. Pero tranquilos sé que voy a mejorar pronto.

Actually I wanted to do a full body routine, but I'll leave it for another time because, for those who don't know, apart from training I'm also a dancer and unfortunately I have a small muscle tear in the inner part of my right thigh and that doesn't allow me to do certain exercises. But don't worry, I know I will get better soon.
