Yo soy @jeshu-sw en #Hive.  Feliz inicio de semana, hoy lunes, primer día del mes de septiembre del año en curso, daré inicio a un nuevo reto, me he trazado una meta muy personal y para alcanzarla sólo tendré dos meses. No les daré muchos detalles por ahora, lo tendré reservado como una sorpresa que les revelaré más adelante, por el momento sólo voy a compartir mis rutinas con ustedes, las cuales han sido programadas por alguien con muchísimo nivel, ya más a delante con su permiso se los presento. Cabe destacar que para lograr mi objetivo, ahora mis entrenamientos serán más fuertes, pero acá estoy, voy a dar todo de mí, lucharé con todas mis fuerzas hasta lograr mi objetivo. Tengo muchísimas cosas que decirles, pero lo dejaré para otro post. Acá les dejo mi rutina de hoy: *‎Rutina de empuje: (para V-sit y Elbow Planche). •‎ 2 intentos de V-sit (grabarlas para ver y analizar la técnica, aunque no salgan). ‎ ‎• 100 seg acumulados de pino asistido. ‎ ‎• 10 Negativas de Press Handstand Olímpico asistido en pared. ‎ ‎• 5 series de 15seg de Elbow Planche en Full. ‎ ‎• 5 series de rana x 10seg. (‎Descansa 15min) ‎ •‎ Serie piramidal de flexiones (15,14,13,12,11 ... 5). ‎ ‎ Descansar mínimo 20seg. ‎

Happy start of the week, today Monday, the first day of September this year, I will start a new challenge, I have set a very personal goal and to achieve it I will only have two months. I will not give you many details for now, I will keep it as a surprise that I will reveal later, for the moment I will only share my routines with you, which have been programmed by someone with a very high level, and later with your permission I will present them to you. It should be noted that to achieve my goal, now my workouts will be stronger, but here I am, I will give everything of me, I will fight with all my strength to achieve my goal. I have a lot of things to tell you, but I'll leave it for another post. Here is my routine for today: *Push-up routine: (for V-sit and Elbow Planche). - 2 attempts of V-sit (record them to see and analyse the technique, even if they don't come out). - 100 secs accumulated of Assisted Pine. - 10 Negatives of Assisted Olympic Handstand Press on wall. - 5 sets of 15sec Elbow Planche on Full. - 5 sets of Frog x 10sec. (Rest 15min) - Pyramid push-up series (15,14,13,12,11 ... 5). Rest minimum 20sec.
