Rutina de pierna al fallo en casa

¡Hola, amigos de Hive y de la Comunidad Street Workout! Mi nombre es Jesuerimar Guarirapa. Yo soy @jeshu-sw en #Hive.
El día de hoy tocó pierna, pero no quise ir al parque, admito que a veces me da flojera asistir porque me queda algo lejos de mi casa, a parte de que a veces es un poco difícil costear los pasajes, así que decidí hacer la rutina en casa, y para éso aproveché de que fuí a visitar a mi mamá y me saqué unas cuantas fotos haciendo mí rutina de hoy, la cuál estructuré al momento con ejercicios básicos dónde incluí peso en algunos y por su puesto haciendo repeticiones al fallo, ya que ésa fué la metodología que quise implementar ésta semana en cada una de mis rutinas, ésto con el fin de ver el avance que he logrado con dos semanas de entrenamiento continuo, así como lo expliqué en mi post anterior. Por su puesto inicié haciendo mis estiramientos y el debido calentamiento, luego realicé mi rutina, que fué la siguiente:
• Aguante en posición de sentadilla: 1s con aguante al fallo.
• Sentadillas sonteniendo peso: 1s con repeticiones al fallo.
• Peso muerto: 1s con repeticiones al fallo.
• Sentadillas combinadas (abiertas y cerradas): 1s con repeticiones al fallo.

Today was leg day, but I didn't want to go to the park, I admit that sometimes I'm a bit lazy to go because it's a bit far from my house, besides sometimes it's a bit difficult to afford the tickets, so I decided to do the routine at home, and for that I took advantage of the fact that I went to visit my mum and I took a few pictures of me doing my routine today, which I structured at the moment with basic exercises where I included weight in some of them and of course doing repetitions to failure, since that was the methodology I wanted to implement this week in each of my routines, this in order to see the progress I have achieved with two weeks of continuous training, as I explained in my previous post. Of course I started by stretching and warming up, then I did my routine, which was as follows:
- Squat hold: 1s with hold to failure.
- Squat with weighted squat: 1s with reps to failure.
- Deadlift: 1s with reps to failure.
- Combined squats (open and closed): 1s with reps to failure.
