Hello, November! đ
Hello, Hiverians! How are you guys doing? How did you welcome the very first day of November? Was it all good?
Well, whether it was good or bad, each of us has our own story to tell, right? And no matter how our day went, I hope it all ends well after all. Today, I want to share my own little story, too. đ
My First Day of November
It was a Saturdayâthe first day of Novemberâand as usual, my weekend priorities revolve around the church. We were about to have our first plenary for the month, which always happens every first Saturday, so I started preparing myselfâand of course, Dave too!
And yes, before anything else, we couldnât forget to take a few selfies! đ I was feeling fresh that morning, wearing my ukay-ukay dress that I personally love.
Just a little recap: I still had a few keychains left from the previous week. Some of the kids hadnât received their requested ones yet, so I made it a goal to reach out and hand them their special keychains.
A Moment at the Church đŸ

When I arrived at the church, I took a moment to stroll around and admire the rice fields at the back. The view from the top area is always breathtakingâlush green fields and a mountain standing tall on the other side. This spot has always been my favorite part of the church, my comfort place where I often sit quietly, reflect, and thank God for all the blessings in my life.

I also took a few selfies there. (And yes, if you look closely, youâll see one pimple right in the middle of my forehead! đ It was a bit painful, probably because I had been sleeping late for several nights due to responsibilities that needed my attention.)

After that, I went down the stairsâit was time to fulfill my part and commitment in the church.
Off to Bunhayagâ€ïž
After our Bible study, it was time for me to go to Bunhayagâas Iâve been doing faithfully since December 2023. My weekends just wouldnât feel complete without spending time with the kids there.

Here are my students for the very first Saturday of November! Iâm so thankful for their consistency and commitment every week. Their smiles and eagerness to learn truly warm my heart. We also played a few games (though sadly, not all of them were captured on my tablet đ ).
A Walk with Nature đż
My All time favorite spot whenever I always went home after my class with the kids đ
After our class, my favorite partâas alwaysâwas taking a quiet walk and appreciating the beauty of nature around Bunhayag. While waiting for our service, I strolled down the road, had some fun moments, and snapped a few photos of the scenery. Godâs creation never fails to amaze me.
Grateful Heart đ
And thatâs how my November 1st wentâa simple but beautiful day filled with church, kids, laughter, and nature. It was truly a good, good day.
Hereâs to more beautiful Saturdays this November! đ»
