Este entrenamiento fue el martes de esta semana, dónde fue la última preparación de los combos para la competencia, la verdad siento que lo he hecho bien todos estos últimos meses de preparación que tuve, y me siento preparado para darlo todo en esta competencia, en este ultimo entrenamiento trabaje más que todo las combinaciones como siempre lo hago, dinámicos con Estáticos, lancé algunas planchas abiertas y aguantando cada una, también front lever y diferentes variaciones, también trabaje el freestyle como el doble 360 con transiciones.
This training was on Tuesday of this week, where it was the last preparation of the combos for the competition, the truth is I feel that I have done well all these last months of preparation that I had, and I feel prepared to give it my all in this competition, in this last training I worked mostly on combinations as I always do, dynamic with Static, I threw some open planks and holding each one, also front lever and different variations, I also worked on freestyle like the double 360 with transitions.
