Empecé con mi calentamiento como siempre para evitar cualquier tipo de molestia a la hora de entrenar, me subí a la barra y empecé a realizar combos, más que todo practique el tranque a full planche, es decir, tomaba un buen impulso en agarre supinado y trataba de trancar el estático, movimiento algo complejo ya que se necesita mucha técnica y fuerza para poder hacerlo, luego de eso hacia geingers, dobles 360 más geinger nuevamente e intentaba más full planche, fue un buen entrenamiento, ya que solo hice estás transiciones para acostumbrarme a este tipo de combinaciones, he estado muy enfocado en superarme a mi mismo, en seguir subiendo de nivel, y tratar de no cometer errores en competencias, seguir entrenando y seguir aprendiendo es lo que te da este deporte, espero les motive el vídeo y les haya gustado.
