Hola a todos amigos de #hive y #3speak, espero se encuentren bien el día de hoy y estén teniendo una buena semana de entrenamiento, por mi parte, fue una semana un poco cargada ya que estoy entrenando porque próximamente voy a competir y casi no he descansado nada, pero ya el descanso me tocará muy pronto, en esta oportunidad les estaré compartiendo un vídeo de mi, entrenamiento del día de ayer.

Llegué un poco tarde al parque pero igual no iba a hacer freestyle como habitualmente hago siempre, calenté, y empecé a trotar para ganar más resistencia, al terminar de trotar calenté nuevamente, al terminar mi calentamiento me fui a la barra fija a lanzar un full para terminar de calentar los hombros, luego fui a las paralelas, ahí fue donde hice todos los combos, muchas variaciones hice como pueden apreciar en el video, full planche, front lever wide con arqueras, intenté front lever lever SAT, elemento muy difícil pero no imposible de este estático, me enfoque en combinar todo y fatigar todos los Estáticos que tengo, para entrenar adecuadamente no solo tenemos que hacer rutinas, si no también implementar combos, hice front lever touch, con pull ups, el hefesto que cada vez lo hago más limpio, cada día me estoy esforzando más para seguir subiendo de nivel, estoy muy enfocado en mis entrenamientos para poder ser un atleta de alto rendimiento, espero les motive y guste mucho el vídeo, que siempre trato de traer buen contenido a mi blog, muchas gracias!.
