Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, hoy les traigo una rutina de abdominales Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerda hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento. esta rutina nos ayudaran a definir nuestros abdominales y tener un buen fisico, tambien nos sirve para agarrar una fuerza para dominar varios ejercicios, como pueden ser basicos de calistenia o ejercicios de tensión. A continuacion mostrare los ejercicios.
