Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad de SWC, hoy les mostraré una rutina de abdominales en barras paralelas. Antes de comenzar con esta rutina recuerda hacer un buen calentamiento para no tener molestias o lesiones durante el entrenamiento. esta rutina nos ayudara a definir nuestros abdominales y tener un buen fisico, además tambien esta rutina nos sirve para desarrollar más fuerza y dominar otros ejercicios más avanzados, como pueden ser básicos de calistenia o ejercicios de tensión. A continuación mostraré los ejercicios💪🏼😁
