En su primer y único partido a puertas abiertas dentro de la pretemporada lograron vencer al Tirol de Austria en su visita al estadio del club austriaco. En este partido hubo dos puntos muy altos dentro del Real Madrid, el primero fue lógicamente Kylian Mbappe, marcando dos goles, y un Arda Guler que ha mostrado todo el talento y fútbol que tienen sus piernas para jugar y hacer jugar a sus compañeros.
