Hola amigos de Actifit y feliz año nuevo a todos, he estado un poco perdido por acá, voy a ir retomando poco a poco las publicaciones.
Bueno el día de hoy fue un día excelente para empezar el año me levanté temprano e hice mi rutina de skin care y me prepare el desayuno, luego me relaje viendo un poco de anime.
Ya a horas de la tarde me prepare para ir al parque a entrenar y antes de ir ví un poco de motivación en Youtube.
Al llegar al parque hice una rutina de plancha y terminé con un poco de básicos llegué al fallo tanto así que termine con mareo.
Bueno hasta acá el día de hoy hasta la próxima.

Hello Actifit friends and happy new year to all, I've been a little lost around here, I'll be resuming little by little the publications.
Well today was an excellent day to start the year, I got up early and did my skin care routine and prepared my breakfast, then I relaxed watching some anime.
In the afternoon I got ready to go to the park to train and before I went I watched some motivation on Youtube.
When I got to the park I did a plank routine and ended up with a little bit of basics I reached failure so much so that I ended up with dizziness.
