Hola actifit, hoy me levanté temprano para ir al trabajo, ya luego de terminar mi horario laboral ví un rato un poco de anime en la tv.
A las 4:30 me aliste para ir al parque hoy tocaba rutina de front lever y hice algunas paradas de mano para calentar.
La rutina fue fuerte ya que venía de hacer también rutina de front lever el sábado, luego fui a las otras barras y me animaron a hacer una rutina de básico para llegar al fallo.😂

Hi actifit, today I got up early to go to work, after finishing my work schedule I watched some anime on tv.
At 4:30 I got ready to go to the park, today was a front lever routine and I did some handstands to warm up.
The routine was strong as I had just come from also doing front lever routine on Saturday, then I went to the other bars and was encouraged to do a basic routine to get to failure.😂
