Busy famjam day today. Started off with going to a big ole “kid zone” facility where it’s basically a storm of toys and children and adults. Met a friend, had coffee, kiddos got to play together.
Then had an actual workout with the kettlebell! Made freekeh mujadara again along with lamb kofta:
And we finished the day off at the zoo, showing the kiddo all the fun animals. Loads of walking and real exercise. Whew! Packed day.
Tomorrow is rain so it’ll be indoor stuff, but probably just as busy.
