When I remember to log a day, then I’m more likely to do it again the next day haha. This was a standard issue day with nothing too special going on, except for a bunch of housework that had me on my feet.
I don’t think a regular work from home day nets me 5K+ steps, but the again I’ve been bad at tracking it. I suppose I could use my app to look.
That’s just today but I think it’ll show charts. If I remember to keep logging I’ll post about the trend heh.
